Here you are folks! I've once again disected Comic-Con's dense schedule -- magnifying glass in hand -- and picked worth while panels, presentations and activities with a focus on families with kids of all ages to enjoy. When I say worth while, I mean worth the treck through the massess of costumed humanity crowding all paths and walkways challenging you and your brood to make it to the convention halls in time to get inside, and maybe scoring a seat!

This is NOT a comprehensive schedule of the comic book convention; the complete hour-by-hour and day-by-day schedules can be found at www.comic-con.org under Programming. What I have compiled for you here is solely my evalutaion and suggestions based on past experience, and quite a few hours of frustration after showing up to this human zoo without a plan in hand.

Another tip is to make sure you read the rules for getting autographs from celebrities at www.Comic-Con.org, it is not a walk-up-and-ask-for-it type deal. Most require a ticket you have to get in advance or by lottery at the Con. This can take up a lot of time, but if you really want to score Mark Hamil or Seth Green's signature, you'll have to make some adjustments to your plans.

I've also added  a few fun activities which are simultaneously taking place during the biggest pop-culture gathering this side of the Galexy. Watch for the   indicating main or off-the-beaten path attractions which will make your experince that much more memorable.

Grab your best walking shoes, load up on patience and snacks for the kidos, a little caffeen for you, and print these pages so you can map out your days with your teens or tots and get in as much fun, information and swag you can hold in those iconic giant bags (handed out FREE) during the next five days of the Con, July 21-25, at the San Diego Convention Center. (Follow @Comic_Con on Twitter for up to the minute information on hotels and parking!)

Preview Night - July 21, 6 -9 pm.

You can only attend this first night of the Con if you purchased the special 4-day badge which included admission to Preview Night.
