Keeping up with this blog has taken it's toll on my family and my health so I'm shutting it down.
That's right, I'm calling it quits because sitting for hours in front of the computer, not getting enough face time with human friends, and telling my kids not to bother me because I'm busy on my blog has driven a wedge between me and my cozy family unit.
This decision was not an easy one, but I have been contemplating it for a while now since it seems to have been getting a life of its own and I'm having difficulty keeping it under control.
This demanding beast has actually been controlling me and I can't have this, not now when my two teens are being ravaged by hormonal disfunction and I need to be standing at attention over their every move.
In light of this, I want to thank my loyal readers for three years of SSR (silent sustained reading), your feedback and support when I needed your advise.
And for those of you who infrequently stopped by, thank you for driving my numbers up and being my unique visitors for that day you came over.
I am at my wits end here…
I don't really want to give it up, but hearing constantly about other bloggers getting their own shows or invited to go on Dr. Phil is also too much for me to handle.
